Exchanges

We have a 1-day exchange policy – this means you have 1 days from the purchase of the item to exchange it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you purchased it. The item must be unused or unworn, with all tags attached. You must provide the original receipt and have it in the original packaging. You may exchange the item at the pickup/purchase location. We reserve the right to reject an exchange request if the item you attempt to exchange fails to meet our standards. Certain exclusions may apply to items you purchase from us. Exclusions are certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, for example, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), final sale items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
